My work is post-modern sound art that articulates ideas and expressions of love, social concerns and spirituality. My form is at the intersection of text, sound&song. Important aspects of my work are: 1) the preservation of African American musical forms; the Blues, Negro spirituals and classical, vocal improvisation and 2) a thrust that communicates hope, peace and unending creativity.
