America Alicia Maldonado Herrera

Established in 2005, Imagenes de America Productions was created in an effort to bring creativity and culture to the forefront of a new age in the development of mass media. It is our belief that such changes are taking place at a time where the Americas (North, Central and South) are in desperate need of a wake-up call.

Founded by the creative partnership of the Maldonado brothers, Imagenes de America was conceived as an outlet for their need to pursue artistic expression, using cutting-edge dynamic imaging, compelling audio experiences, and poignant philosophical narratives as their main vehicles.

We consider that our heritage, a combination of South American-Indian and European roots, is a vast reservoir from where we draw most of our inspiration. We strongly feel this is our starting point, our launching platform for a new multimedia generation.

With a strong foothold on our past, and also leaping forward towards the future, we create the visual documents of our time in this world. In doing so, we are also taking on the role of prophets that announce what is yet to come, and the pioneers of new rhythms and sounds.

Our main goal is to develop each project to its fullest creative potential, not to compromise it. And perhaps more importantly…
…to have a blast doing it!!
