Molly Dilworth is currently working on a series of scroll paintings which are investigation into the synthesis of visual perception and emotion. Each piece is an experiment undertaken with a specific question in mind, and the results are used as the building blocks for more elaborate experiments. The paintings include geometric elements - architecture that has been elegantly engineered – and organic elements ‘engineered’ by nature, as well as epic events orchestrated by social engineering.

Dilworth is a painter and curator who lives and works in Brooklyn, New York. Since earning her MFA from NYU in 2003 Dilworth has exhibited and performed nationally and internationally. With MK Guth Dilworth performed Ties of Protection and Safekeeping at the 2008 Whitney Biennial and Red Shoe Delivery Service in Australia, England and the US.
Dilworth recently exhibited Psychaedelis Domesticus, a collaboration with Marina Zurkow in Istanbul, Turkey. In June 2008 her paintings were featured in a piece by Stephanie Snyder in Art Lies Magazine.
