John D'Agostino photographs exquisite surfaces of steel, glass and light, transforming them into organic and primordial forms of revelatory possibility.

He believes that the photograph is a machine for the making of other worlds. John pursues subjective and metaphorical values in depicting not the exterior world, but instead the unseen interior landscapes of the mind and soul.

His work has been exhibited internationally and is a recent award winner in the PX3 Prix de la Photographie Paris.

He lives and works in New York.
