For twenty-two years, I have been working as a fine artist exploring a range of issues around the following themes: gender constructs, sexuality, illness, identity, loss, mourning, spirituality and mortality. Initially I utilized the photographic medium and explored various methods and forms of combining imagery and text to speak about my topics.

Eleven years ago I began working digitally to create imagery. Using the new and current technology available to me, my work developed further as constructed narratives. While continuing to combine multiple images on a single surface, the computer and Adobe Photoshop software have allowed me to expand the possibilities of juxtaposing and layering images. Working with and combining a myriad of images, my interest and investigations in the symbolic, poetic and narrative possibilities of imagery continues.
