Michael is an actor, director, and a proud teaching artist. He is a graduate with honors from New York University with a BFA in Drama and has been teaching theater related curricula in New York City public schools since 2004. He has taught all age groups in many different kinds of populations and has developed a specialty through his work with IDEAS Drama working with students who are at risk, those with language barriers and those with special needs. He is also faculty member at the Atlantic Acting school and an adjunct professor of Acting at the College of Mount Saint Vincent in the Bronx. Recent acting credits: Romeo and Juliet (American Theater of Actors), The True Story of the 3 Little Pigs (Atlantic for Kids), The Tenant (Woodshed Collective), The Caucasian Chalk Circle (Pipeline Theatre Co.), Igor’s Monster (Idiom Theatre of Washington), The Confidence Man (The Woodshed Collective).
