Klaus Rosburg is the founder and principal of SONIC Design, a New York based design studio specializing in the development of consumer products and structural packaging.

Educated in Germany, Klaus studied Industrial Design at the Muthesius Academy for the Art in Kiel. While he was at top design firms in Germany and the United States, Klaus Rosburg gained extensive experiences in the design of consumer electronics, household appliances, medical instruments and structural packaging.

Nominated for the National Design Award in 2007, he has received many prestigious design awards, including Red Dot, IF, the Industrial Design Excellence Award for Medical Design and Heavy Equipment, ID Review and CES Innovation Awards. His work has been featured by the NY Times, ID, AXIS and is also part of the Permanent Collection of the MOMA in New York.
