Asma is a performance artist who loves expanding her knowledge by teaching. In addition to being a storyteller dancer and choreographer Asma is also a percussionist. She has taught master African and AfroHaitian dance classes at The Brooklyn Arts Exchange and Young Dancers In Repertory. As a dance educator in the schools she has developed curriculum linking literature and social studies with dance studies.
