The Sculptors Guild is an artists' membership organization. Since 1937 the Sculptors Guild has promoted public interest in contemporary sculpture through exhibitions in public space and through educational outreach.

Today, the works of Sculptors Guild members are redefining the trajectories in digital, abstract, figurative, installation, non-objective, multimedia and new technology artwork.

The mission of the Sculptors Guild is to promote, encourage, and serve as an advocate for sculpture and to make contemporary sculpture a relevant part of the cultural experience.

The Guild has been supported by Carnegie Corporation, General Electric and Lever House and has had large exhibitions in the New York Botanical Gardens, NYU, Museum of Natural History, and the City of White Plains.

In 1993 the Sculptors Guild opened its first foreign exhibition in Kyoto, Japan. In 2008 the Guild participated in Art Cologne and in Supermarket Stockholm.

The Sculptors Guild annually 'dresses' the windows of Saks Fifth Avenue, NYC and has been instrumental in transforming historic Governors Island, NY into a cultural destinations with annual indoor and outdoor exhibitions, carving workshops and gallery talks.

Since we have relocated to DUMBO, the Guild has participated annually in the DUMBO Arts Festival including an exciting Iron Pour demonstration and Guild Gallery exhibition.

The Sculptors Guild is an artist-run organization of professional sculptors of outstanding ability and achievement. It relies on the participation of its membership to continue to exhibit, publicize and develop opportunities.

Artist Members of the Guild have multiple opportunities annually to participate in a variety of exhibitions. They also receive full-page representation on our website, and benefit from networking with Sculptors Guild members.

The Sculptors Guild roster includes prominent contemporary national and international artist members.
