Bookkeeper / Finance Assistant

The Bookkeeper / Finance Assistant reports directly to the Director of Finance.

Responsibilities:
  • Accounts payable / check processing
  • Invoicing and accounts receivable
  • Payroll management support
  • Special Projects
  • Filing, phone and other administrative duties

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience
  • Workable knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Good writing and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic interest in the arts and the communities BAC serves
  • Previous arts or nonprofit work experience preferred

Salary & Benefits:
Salary range $27,000 - $30,000
