Brooklyn Arts Council 2011 IND-TIER Regrant Program-Application
This program is for individual artists only. Please note: your BAC IND-TIER Regrant request must be for exactly $2,000. If you are also submitting BAC NYSCA Regrant Application(s), your IND-TIER request and your NYSCA request(s), must total $5,000 or less.

1. APPLICATION COVER SHEET
Download and print; submit one copy of your application cover sheet with your application.
2. INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMPLETING THE ONLINE APPLICATION
Download the instructions for completing the online application here. (Right click the link to open the PDF in a new window).
Click below to access the online form. Click the ‘Submit’ button at the bottom of it to save it to your online account. Using your account log in, you may return to edit the form as often as needed until the application deadline. When you have finished working on the form, submit 10 printed copies to BAC, collated with a print out of your budget. Do not make changes to the online form after submitting your printed copies- those changes will not be seen by our panel.

3. PROJECT BUDGET FORM

This form is a MS Excel 2003 workbook. It will open in older and newer versions of Excel. When you have finished your Project Budget form, submit 10 printed copies, collated with the rest of your application. If you have technical questions about working with the Excel file, please contact the BAC office at (718) 625-0080.
After completing your budget, we recommend uploading a copy to our system to save it for future reference. Click here to upload your completed budget.
