Grantee Events Calendar
In order to be included in the Grantee Events Calendar, email mtachco@brooklynartscouncil.org your event info in the following format:
Listing Request: [ENTER CONTACT NAME HERE]
[NAME OF ARTIST OR PRESENTING ORGANIZATION] presents [TITLE OF EVENT]
[A short 1 to 3 sentence (no more than 80 words) blurb about your event--include info about ticket prices here]
WHERE: [Location of your event; cross-streets and closest trains can be helpful]
WHEN: [Date and time of your event]
CONTACT: [A web url, email, or phone number that people can contact for further information]
We can add events to the web page at any time, but it will receive the most traffic immediately after the enewsletter goes out within the first week of the month.

Project Visits
As part of our responsibility to you, a BAC staff member or panelist may attend your funded project. Please notify BAC via phone or email at least three weeks in advance of your event so that we can schedule accordingly. Please provide BAC with a copy of any invitations or fliers advertising your event, and be sure that we have the exact date, time and location as well as two complimentary tickets to the event.

Organizations are invited to join the BAC Online Directory. Joining is free and easy. Both the Registry and the Directory are accessible to the public, and are a great way to make yourself visible in Brooklyn and beyond.
