I use screen and digital printmaking techniques to explore creative development and our subconscious structuring of visual perceptions. My work is often inspired by tension between the organic and the heavily structured. I have an ongoing fascination with the notion of the multiple and where my work is placed in the growing intersection of fine art and design. Printmaking, at its heart, is concerned with the creation of limited editions and I enjoy inverting this idea by using printmaking to create what I call unique multiples; printed works created en masse where no two pieces are the same.
