What goes into a business plan? How might a business plan be beneficial for my arts organization? Can I use some of my research and information from my organization’s strategic plan or marketing plan? How long will my business plan take to complete? Board, management and staff of many arts organizations question whether their organization needs a business plan, and what the benefits might be for them. An overview of business planning and its sections will be reviewed during this two-hour workshop.
