Public Art: Getting Opportunities to Work and Perform in Public Spaces

Speakers from leading arts organizations will offer information on public commissions and on working & performing in public spaces. A panel of presenters will speak on topics ranging from city-wide programs to unique programs designed for site-specific projects and will answer questions regarding past and current Brooklyn-based art projects and potential sites for projects across the borough. You’ll also learn how to present your work to these organizations for consideration during the artist selection process. Artists of all genres welcome to attend.
