AIE Program Fees

Student Workshops
Maximum of 30 students per workshop. Morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend are hours available. A teacher or program representative must be present at all times with the BAC teaching artist.

$115 per session (minimum
16 session minimum per class (sessions are 45 minutes during in-school and 45-60 minutes
Additional teaching artist $70 per session

Professional Development & Parent Engagement Workshops
Maximum of 30 participants per workshop. Morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend are hours available.

$420 per two-hour session with 1 teaching artist
$662 per two-hour session with 2 teaching artists

Assembly Programs and Performances
45 minutes per performance. Maximum of 500 students, teachers, and/or parents per performance.

Single Performance

$840 for one assembly with 1-2 performers
$1260 for one assembly with 3-5 performers
$1800 for one assembly with 6-8 performers
$2000 for one assembly with 9-12 performers

Back-to-back Performance

$1260 for back-to-back assemblies with 1-2 performers
$1600 for back-to-back assemblies with 3-5 performers
$2000 for back-to-back assemblies with 6-8 performers
$2500 for back-to-back assemblies with 9-12 performers

Lecture/Demo

$420 for 45 minute lecture/demo with 1 teaching artist
$662 for 45 minute lecture/demo with 2 teaching artists
