BAC Folk Arts invites Brooklynites to share your knowledge of local traditions to broaden the scope of our project Black Brooklyn Renaissance: 1960-2010.

Brooklyn Arts Council, in partnership with Bedford Stuyvesant Restoration Corporation, welcomes you to participate in our archive and documentation of Black Brooklyn Renaissance: Black Arts and Culture 1960-2010. This landmark, year-long project running from February 2010-February 2011 includes an oral history project and an archive.
