This is the fourth piece in Miya Ando's 'i'm beautiful night' series of invisible luminous works.

'I'm Beautiful Night' [Sakura Reichstag] is an outdoor installation piece. Video documenatary by Thomas Kruesselmann.
The piece was created with invisible luminous paint and was comprised of tiny cherry blossom paintings on the snow in front of the Reichstag in Berlin on February 22, 2010. The paintings were invisible in the daylight and luminous for only a fleeting moment in the darkness. This is a temporary, ephemeral piece that will disappear as the snow melts, as people walk on the 'field' of cherry blossoms. [sakura reichstag] video
