Above and Beyond Dance presents SEEKING
Above and Beyond Dance features a multi-talented cast of performer/choreographers who have joined forces in a creative collaboration led by Artistic Director Chriselle Tidrick. Melding modern dance and tango with stilt, acrobatic and aerial work, SEEKING creates an exciting stage environment which utilizes both vertical and horizontal dimensions. Woven herein, audience members will find a tango milonga exposing the dancers' inner perspectives and follow the performers' struggle through a sea of disconnection toward the possibility of an accepting embrace.
Performances will be held Feb. 29 at 8pm, March 1 at 3pm and 8pm, and March 2 at 3pm, at Kumble Theater for the Performing Arts on the downtown Brooklyn Campus of Long Island University. Tickets are $20 or $10 for children/students and can be purchased through the Kumble Theater box office, online at www.kumbletheater.org or by phone at (718) 488-1624 (1-6pm).

or B, M, Q, R to DeKalb Ave. (Willoughby St. exit)
