3rd Annual REPRESENT BROOKLYN art Exhibition
The Rising Arts Gallery is pleased to announce the Third Annual "Represent Brooklyn" exhibition, scheduled for November 13th to December 11th 2010. The exhibition features selected painting, photography, sculpture, and mixed media art by artists who work and live in and whose artwork is inspired by Brooklyn.
“Represent Brooklyn” is an exhibition designed to bring together artists, art collectors, art organizations, and community members that live and work in Brooklyn. The paintings, sculptures, photographs, prints, and mixed media artwork included in the show provides a glimpse of the diverse range of creative style and visual presentation found in Brooklyn.
ARTIST ELIGIBILITY
In order to be eligible an Artist must fit in the following categories:
▫ live in Brooklyn
▫ work in studio in Brooklyn or
▫ be listed as a member of a Brooklyn art association.
▫ work must be influenced or have some connection to Brooklyn.
Deadline for RECEIPT of Submissions: Friday, September 10th, 2010
