440 Gallery presents (www.440gallery.com): My New York?photographs by Tom Bovo (www.tombovo.com) For his debut solo exhibition at 440 Gallery, Bovo presents a selection of recent photographs about his favorite, and most accommodating subject, New York City. Readings of new work There will be readings by students in Anne Phelan's Chelsea Repertory Co. Lab playwriting class, under the auspices of The Acting Studio. The plays are by four student playwrights featuring Chelsea Rep actors, and are based on Tom Bovo's photographs. Ms. Phelan was one of the first Chelsea Rep playwrights-in-residence. The readings will take place on Saturday February 5, 2011 from 7 to 8 pm.
