Photography Exhibition in garden environment...
The mission of the Open Space Gallery is to promote the creation of Visual Arts by
Brooklyn-Based artists and garden members. It explores the diversity of our
Brooklyn Queens Land Trust Garden Community and encourages the interaction
of diverse ethnic and social groups.
The Project has been installed at 6/15 Green Community Garden, corner of
Sixth Avenue and Fifteenth Street, Park Slope, Brooklyn for the past 5 years.
The long-term goals of the program is to create a thriving community of artists.
The project was funded by NYSCA Award in 2003/2006 administered by (BAC).
It has been sponsored in part by Neighbors Helping Neighbors, Inc., Exhibition Prints, Inc., "Streets are Saying Things", Inc. and Optimum Design, Inc.
"IMAGES OF THE GARDENS" of the Brooklyn Queens Land Trust will go on tour in member gardens beginning Spring 2008. For Garden and Location please check

This Project will be installed at special occasions throughout the gardening season;
Spring, Summer, Some Holidays and Fall Harvest.
