About Parallax Art Fair: Parallax is a "curated" art fair divided into two showcase exhibitions. The first exhibition showcases artists working in abstraction and conceptualism. The second exhibition showcases artists working in figuration and conceptualism. What makes the event unique is that it explores new theories in Art History and the "art" of contemporary art and curation. The event is attended by dealers, art consultants and collectors from around the world, as well as the general public. It is designed for visitors to browse new, and often unusual, artists' practices in a domesticated space. Curators, theorists and academics also attend the event.
