Work/Office Space Share: Beginning Oct. 1st (or before if you're interested), I will be opening up my work/office space to share with another creative individual.
The space: you will be sharing half of my furnished work/office space. It is on the second floor of a four story building that has video surveillance and a security coded door. The space includes a window, an air conditioner, studio lights for photography and a blue screen for keying, a large mirror, an adjustable desk and chair with some additional storage space in a raised loft. There is an electric water heater in the room for tea. On the floor there are two bathrooms, one of which has an industrial sink (for washing out your paint brushes perhaps?). I've been here for a year and I've been quite content with the space.
Me: I am a french actress/choreographer/producer who is always juggling a bunch of different projects. When I work I am quiet. I tend to work towards the evening.
You: You are a creative and casual person who wants to utilize this space for productive gain. Maybe you are a painter, a writer, a photographer, a programmer, a non-profit or a person with a small business, a person who just needs to get out of the house to get something done.
The location is conveniently located next to the JMZ train, at the first stop in Brooklyn. There is a great mexican restaurant downstairs, as well as chinese and pizza. There's a huge variety of eateries within easy walking distance.
Rent is 300 dollars a month plus 300 dollars deposit.
