A workshop bringing you into a harmonious state of wellbeing through your creative self expression!
In this multi-dimensional workshop you will explore:
* Mediation exercises that integrates the mind/body into harmonious state of deep relaxation, clarity and enhancing your awareness to live in the present moment.
* Dance/movement expression that taps into releasing any tension held within your mind/body, creating space for a vibrant state of wellbeing to blossom.
* Spontaneous painting that combines the sensuousness of liquid motion and color that lulls you into a mild trance. This state of being melts away emotional blocks to surrendering control and allows a more playful experience. This puts you in touch with your unique powerful imagery!

No artistic experience necessary…just an open heart & curiosity to explore!
When: Saturday November 22nd, 2008 Time: 12pm-3pm
Where: Studio- 498 Court St. (bet. Nelson & Luquer Streets)
Cost: All Material included: Early Bird Special: $50.00 before Nov. 7th & after Nov.7th $60.00- Cash, Check or Pay pal accepted.

Art Faciliator: Darlene Wolfe has been sharing her creative expression for over 10 years with children and adults. She has taught the visual arts through various non profit arts organization through out the tr-state area. She is passionate about bridging the Arts & Wellness field into the community with her dynamic program incorporating meditation, dance/movement & the visual arts. She feels as an Artist to evolve in this new era, we must reach beyond our solitude efforts and share with community in order to weave a life of Peace, Harmony & Inspiration that promotes a reflection of positive change for furture generations!
