H.O.W. journal seeks submissions for their second issue. H.O.W. Journal publishes an eclectic mix of today's prominent writers and artists alongside upcoming talent with an effort to raise money and awareness for the 15 million children throughout the world that have been orphaned by HIV/AIDS.
