A recent still
I'm a filmmaker specializing in short, abstract, painterly videos. Chiefly, I paint on celluloid, incorporating some live footage. I've largely been confined to the realm of film festivals (Tribeca, Rotterdam, Ann Arbor), but I'm looking to spread my wings and find alternative outlets.
Specifically, I'm seeking non-filmmakers -- musicians, dancers, visual artists -- to collaborate on new projects, as well as programmers who are interested in exhibiting video work in a non-theatrical setting.
