Fun in the Sun at McCarren Park

Every Saturday from 11am to 1pm at the Market in McCarren, Open Space Alliance for North Brooklyn will be hosting Fun in the Sun, a weekly outdoor arts and crafts program with fun & interesting activities focusing on nature : Reducing, Recycling and Reusing of materials. Come and develop your creativity and let yourself be inspired by our environment. For kids of all ages.
Activities were developed by Lia Zuvilivia in order to give Northern Brooklyn kids an outdoor setting in which to promote their creativity. Crafting is lead by volunteers from Open Space Alliance for North Brooklyn, North Brooklyn Public Arts Coalition and the Market in McCarren.
Come out every Saturday in August to craft with the kids. The event is free and located near the Green market & Market in McCarren in front of the red field house at McCarren Park at Lorimer and Bedford.
