The Center for International Art in Community (CIAC) is a pilot artist residency and community center which serves as the administrative office for freeDimensional's international network of artist residency initiatives. Located at the Magnolia Tree Earth Center, it partners with the Center’s gallery to introduce the local community to international artists in residence.
