A non-profit community organization serving 8,000 residents annually, the Cypress Hills Local Development Corporation (CHLDC) provides a range of arts programming for youth ages 6 through 18 years. The CHLDC is the lead agency of the Cypress Hills East New York Beacon and after-school programs at several local schools.
