Incorporated in 1976, the Fulton Mall Improvement Association (FMIA) is a non-profit corporation dedicated to improving the economic health and quality-of-life issues on the Fulton Mall and nearby downtown Brooklyn communities. The FMIA also hosts special events like the Fulton Street Beat, a free outdoor summer concerts series.
