The MetroTech Business Improvement District (BID) is a non-profit community development organization founded in 1992 to further downtown Brooklyn’s revitalization. The BID provides for public safety, sanitation, economic development, and promotional services throughout a 25-block district, and also hosts the “Arts on the Commons” concert series each spring and fall.
