Rush Philanthropic Arts Foundation was conceived with the intention of broadening access to the arts, engaging youth, and nurturing new and diverse voices in a chronically underserved community. Housed in an 11,000-square-foot building, the foundation includes a gallery space, classrooms, a student gallery, artist studios, office and meeting space, and "green" educational spaces, including a rooftop garden.
