LAVA’s original performances integrate dance and acrobatics with various themes connected to natural and social environments. The troupe also teaches, both in its Brooklyn studio and throughout New York City and the US. Classes teach the physical disciplines of dance and acrobatics in addition to addressing the social, political, and creative aspects of LAVA's work.
