A nonprofit organization established to develop, promote, and promulgate Caribbean folklore, arts, and culture, WIADCA conducts all aspects of the annual West Indian American Day Carnival Festival and Parade, which represents the rich culture and heritage of the people of the Caribbean islands, and is the largest event of its kind in the United States.
