The Village @ Gureje is an all-round hub for community activities ranging from serving as a meeting place for local block associations, community board meetings to product launching and promotional events.
With focus on various types of artist residence support programs in Music, Visual Art and Theatre, affording individual the opportunity to celebrate both talents and interest that generates a leaning experience that is both planned and spontaneous.
This programs are designed to enhance self-awareness and spiritual growth, create a warming experience through communal importance, peace and love for all.
The Village @ Gureje ever evolving space/s and countless friends and family volunteers ensures realistic alternatives that are positive, productive through skills development, positive encouragement, resources and renders self confidence and responsibility.
The resident support Artist at the Village @ Gureje reinforces the values we encourage and celebrate their craft creating an opportunity to build confidence and leadership and empowers artists’ and their craft through support, diligence and community sharing.
Our faculty of highly skilled professional artists, scholars and experienced teachers includes published poets, music school directors, accomplished musicians that have enjoyed numerous opportunities to share their work in public places such as state and local commission works.
Since its founding 5years ago, the village @ Gureje has witnessed a great deal of support from its immediate community of artist and patrons for which we are very grateful.
We have also been particularly blessed to have the association of hard working volunteers and in-kind contributions which have helped enormously in the necessary upgrades to facilitate our program presentations.
The Village @ Gureje Inc is an art and cultural organization dedicated to supporting creative vocational ability in all youth and their families.
