Sparked by the re-emergence of Brooklyn as an artistic center, the Victorian Place Cultural Center was created to celebrate the delicious mix of its surrounding community. Centrally located, the Cultural Center is dedicated to educating and enriching the lives of Brooklyn’s multi-cultural population through diverse cultural programs.
