Ed Woodham is a multi-disciplinary artist and the founder and director of Art in Odd Places, an annual NYC public visual and performance art event. He created and co-produced the Bravo documentary series, The It Factor, about actors trying to 'make it' in New York and LA. He has appeared as a puppeteer in Basil Twist?s, Tell Tale, and in the Obie Award winning, Symphonie Fantastique. He has also created two works for Arts at St Ann?s Puppet Lab, and in 2004 was awarded a Jim Henson grant. Recently Ed curated and produced two events, Sideshow Fashion and Howl on the Road for Lincoln Center Out of Doors 2007. He has been a teaching artist for over twenty-five years teaching mural making, bookmaking, video, collage and paper-based art, puppetry, and theater. Specialties include: Early Childhood Education, Literacy based projects, and Large Scale events.
