Ianthe Jackson grew up in Buffalo, New York from and currently lives and works in Brooklyn New York.
Ianthe’s artwork consists of drawing, sculpture and animation. Much of the imagery incorporates, landscape, narrative and objects creating enigmatic spaces.
Ianthe’s work has been exhibited internationally including Lithuania for the Malonny art show, she has had solo shows at the Delapleine Art Center, Jack the Pelican Presents, and attended residencies at Art OMI, Sculpture Space in Utica, NY and Homeland Gallery in Portland OR. Ianthe’s work has been features in Art Reveal Magazine and Drawing Magazine.
Ianthe Jackson received her BFA from School of Visual Arts in NYC and an MFA from Tyler School of Art in Philadelphia, PA.
