I am an experienced bilingual Theatre Specialist based out of New York City. Having received a BA at The University of the Arts in Philadelphia, my background covers the spectrum of Musical Theatre / Theatre and Theatre Direction. I work teaching and coaching both adults and children grades k-college level. I am grateful to have gained valuable know-how and knowledge in working in after school centers in one of the toughest cities in the world. Not to mention, having partaken with a social economical range of children from upper middle class families to high risk alike, both challenging and fruitful. I function as a facilitator, a mediator, a communicator, a mandate reporter, a member of the community and as an educator interested in outreach Theatre education with youth. Theatre is fundamental to nurturing the inner voice and developmental life skills of a child. It builds community, culture and without an audience, the actor cannot exist. All arts are transferable mediums which create comprehensive Theatre. My reaping benefits are having hands-on instinct in creatively managing and engaging students, by interjecting the different elements of Theatre into group activities and organizational games.
