I am fascinated by what triggers childhood memories and the artistic and factual insight that can develop from these memories.

My training and vocabulary is influenced by the Whirling Dervish's whom I trained and lived with in the Middle East, Merce Cunningham, Bob Fosse, Alexander Technique, and the teachings I learn through acupuncture. One being a comment from my acupuncturist, where she told me that the divine is witnessed when one shares their soul without hesitation.  My choreography and performances focus on living this way while remaining grounded to the Earth.

With extreme focus and attention to detail, the body has the ability to be sculpted, create lines in space, and capture and reflect light, which are principles that I use in my performance work.

I am working on my own evening length performance piece at the moment, along with music video collaborations. I have performed with Marina Abramovic at the Museum of Modern Art in NYC (2010) and with the Michael Clark Company at the Tate Modern in London (2011).

International solo performances include visual/performance work temporarily displayed as part of the permanent collection at the Musées Royaux des Beaux Arts de Belgique in Brussels, Belgium (2011) as well as a collaborative performance with musician Pocket Niko at the Musée d?Art Moderne Grand-Duc Jean, Mudam Luxembourg (2011).

I have videos on request.
