Nadege Fleurimond is a writer focusing on immigration issues and food. In her writing she utilizes food as a medium for social commentary and expression.
In her first book “Taste of Life: A Culinary Memoir,” which was published in 2009, Fleurimond shares anecdotes from some of her most memorable experiences with people and favorite recipes. The book was recently re-released with new chapters and a new cover.
She is also a seasoned caterer, community activist and teacher of the culinary arts.
She is currently working on a book about Haiti.
