Yeol Jung is an interdisciplinary artist who was born in South Korea. Jung practices in paintings, sculpture, and video. He has professionally worked as an advertising communication designer for major companies in Seoul. In 2012, he came to the States to pursue his career as an artist. Jung graduated MFA at the School of Museum of Fine Arts in partnership with Tufts University ('14), and he moved to Brooklyn New York. His project research deals with action captures energy in a material recall immaterial concept to reality and it stimulates transcendent experience. The communication in work authorizes viewer’s attention through hierarchy, which comes from combinations of the senses by visual units. Our attempt to access that meaning results in diverse stories of human being.
