Natalia began dancing at age 20 when she was discovered during a production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream and invited by Washington University in St. Louis’s resident dance company, Slaughter Project, to join its spring production. With over a decade of competitive figure skating experience, Natalia quickly took to, and excelled in, dance. Upon graduating, Natalia moved to New York City where she completed the Peridance Capezio 2-year certificate program in Ballet and Contemporary Dance, where she had the pleasure of performing works by such noted choreographers as Igal Perry, Charlotte Öfverholm, Jesse Zarritt, Francesca Dario, and Michele Oliva, and Kevin Iega. . Upon graduating in September 2015 she became a company member with the Caterina Dance Company. In December 2015 Natalia was chosen as one of Mare Nostrum Element’s 2016 emerging choreographers and premiered her work at LPAC in February. Natalia is currently working as choreographer and dancer on a number of music videos. Alongside dance Natalia also works as a fitness instructor and freelance graphic designer.
