Sarah grew up in northern California where art played an important role in her life from a very young age. Animals, nature, and issues around the health of our global ecosystems play a key role in her work. Sarah has a B.A. in Fine Arts from the University of California at Berkeley, as well as academic training in Conceptual Design and Fashion from the Massachusetts College of Art and Design. She was also a fellow at the Yale University School of Art in Connecticut. Her extensive professional experience beyond creating art includes textile design, gallery curation, and years of work in production design and art direction for global branding and advertising campaigns. Her artistic sensibility is informed by her diverse understanding of visual language and colored by a background in street-art and global landscapes. Sarah has been living and working in Brooklyn, New York since 2012.
