Let's keep the celebration going! Join us for the Brooklyn Arts Awards: After Party, on Tuesday, June 17, 2025 from 8:30pm-10pm at Hana House and raise a glass to this year’s incredible Grantees and Teaching Artists.

Whether you’re toasting your peers or dancing into the night, this is your chance to connect, unwind, and celebrate the talent shaping Brooklyn’s cultural landscape. Light bites and drink refreshments to be served during the event. This is the first time this event is being opened to the public, so don't miss out!

DOORS OPEN / AFTER PARTY BEGINS: 8:30 PM

This year, Brooklyn Arts Council will give $1.82 million to 378 Brooklyn-based artists, creatives, and cultural organizations. Of this, $1.17 million will be distributed to 299 Grantees and $653,000 will be allocated to 79 Teaching Artists for 104 older adult center and in-school residencies. This year marks the largest number of grants distributed by BAC—a 7.2% increase from 2024—with 29% of funding recipients being first-time BAC Grantees.
