"Do You See Me?" Exhibition
Curated by Sahar Hasan Al-louthai
Do You See Me? is a poignant art exhibition that amplifies the voices of 30 gifted young artists between 7-19 years old, who have endured the ravages of war during their childhood in Yemen which was described as the worst humanitarian crisis in the world. Through their remarkable artworks, the exhibition not only sheds light on their personal journeys but also celebrates the rich heritage, vibrant cultures, and artistic traditions of Yemen that the world doesn’t know about. It serves as a powerful platform to bring attention to the resilience, creativity, and untold stories of these individuals while fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation for this civilization’s unique artistic expressions.
