Join Mil's Trills to celebrate the release of their album, "Let It Out," offering all ages musical tools and activities that help identify, accept, and process emotions in positive and reaffirming ways. Expect a full band performance, a dance presentation with Mil’s Trills' students and teaching artist Maria Mitchell, and an opportunity to get creative by participating in a collaborative songwriting experience using Mil's Trills' "Messy Music Method."
