Arts Education Partner Grant

BAC offers informational how-to-apply seminars, one-on-one feedback on projects, application draft reviews and panel feedback to all BAC Grants applicants, creating a supportive professional development opportunity out of the application process.

In addition to learning the details of the application process, attendees to the Arts Education Partner Grant seminars will be taking part in a brief professional development workshop with a BAC Arts in Education staff member. 

This seminar also includes: 

  • An overview of grant guidelines and various opportunities offered by BAC
  • A detailed explanation of the application process and our updated online application
  • Tips on writing a successful grant application
  • A question and answer session
  • A chance to meet BAC staff and other applicants

This grant is for partnerships between Brooklyn-based teaching artists or cultural orgs and Brooklyn public schools only. Attendance is mandatory for all applicants.

BAC Community Arts Grants are made possible through the generous support of: the Decentralization Program of the New York State Council on the Arts (NYSCA) with the support of Governor Andrew Cuomo and the New York State Legislature, the Greater New York Arts Development Fund of the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs (DCA) in partnership with the New York City Council, JPMorgan Chase Foundation, and Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz.
