BAC Arts in Education (AIE) provides a wide array of programming for students, teachers, parents, and community members in digital, literary, performing, and visual arts. Our collaborative process allows for personalized programming, enriching hands-on experiences, and enhanced depth of knowledge. We instill skills and positive attitudes about the arts that are designed to be retained for a lifetime.

Through our Workshops, Assembly Programs, and Community Programs , BAC AIE strives to:
  • Increase exposure to the arts
  • Improve attitudes towards arts engagement and participation
  • Help expand verbal and non-verbal communication skills
  • Provide opportunities to apply and strengthen critical thinking and problem solving skills
Our programs can be facilitated independently or be combined for even more comprehensive programming. Check out our Program Fees to learn about pricing and requirements.

BAC Arts in Education staff members use the New York City Blueprint for Teaching and Learning in the Arts. and New York State Learning Standards in the Arts as a foundation for all programming, and strive to offer engaging, instructive, and enthusiastic experiences that enhance learning and appreciation for the arts for everyone involved—students, teachers, administrators, parents, and members of the community.
